Jun Ho Son joined Innovolt after eight years at IBM Corporation where he led strategic planning and business development for IBM Global Technology Services. Son’s career has also included director positions with LTX Corporation, where he held corporate development, finance and treasury responsibilities, as well as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Son holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Williams College, a Juris Doctor from University of Virginia School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
Vince Luciani joined Innovolt with over 26 years of experience in the electronics industry. Before joining Innovolt he was an independent product design engineer where he designed award winning audio, video and power protection products for Home Theater, Medical and Professional Cinema industries. He co-developed an HDMI cable testing methodology for DPL Laboratories. Prior to this, he served as President of Smart Device, a professional cinema audio equipment company. Luciani's career also included leadership positions at Panasonic Automotive where he was responsible for shaping the direction of automative audio systems and was a pioneer of info-tainment systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institue of Technology.
Mike Hutton joined Innovolt with over 18 years of finance and accounting experience, specializing in business planning, strategy and operations. Mr. Hutton has extensive experience in technology-intensive industries, serving in financial leadership roles at BellSouth and AT&T. Hutton recently served as Corporate Treasurer at Allconnect, Inc., a venture-backed, technology-enabled business services company where he also served as Interim CFO in 2013. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Master of Accountancy degree from Shorter University. Mr. Hutton is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and Financial Executives International.
Matthew Smith joined Innovolt with over a decade of legal experience, and brings specialized skills to the executive team regarding intellectual property, negotiating complex contracts and licenses, international negotiation and corporate governance with an eye on bottom-line financial success. Smith comes to Innovolt after seven years at Comverge, an energy management solution provider, where he served as general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary. Smith began his legal career first as a federal clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) and as an attorney for King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law and is an active member of the Georgia Bar Association.
